Responsible Use of Jing A Ling Dog Bandanas & Dog Scarves
Jing A Ling Dog Bandanas are a fashion accessory ONLY, and should never be used as a restraining device of any type for your pet. Do not attach a leash to a Jing A Ling Dog Bandana or Tie Dog Scarf. Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing one of our bandanas or scarves. Although our jingle bells are sewn into our bandanas and scarves, they would be a potential choking hazard if your pet was allowed to chew through our bandanas and scarves. Do not allow your pet to chew on a Jing A Ling Dog Bandana or Tie Dog Scarf. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge your responsiblity in watching your pet at all times while it is wearing our product.

Shipping
We are currently offering Free Shipping on any Jing A Ling Dog Bandana or Dog Scarf that you purchase that is shipping within the Continental United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We ship by the most economical carrier, depending on your order size.

Turnaround Time
Please allow one week for the shipment of your order. We ship from North Carolina via the least expensive carrier, either UPS or USPS.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your dog bandana within 10 days for a full refund. You must return merchandise in clean, saleable, unused condition. Please email us at Info@JingALingDogBandanas.com for instructions on where to mail your return. Please allow 2 weeks from the date of receipt for your return credit to be issued.

Damage Policy
If any of your dog bandanas arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours to report the damage. You may be asked to hold damaged merchandise for inspection by the shipping carrier. Please email us for instructions and to get a replacement for the damaged merchandise at Info@JingALingDogBandanas.com.

Custom Orders
Jing A Ling Dog Bandanas would be happy to design you custom bandanas. We can make one or hundreds. Just email us what you are interested in and we’ll put together a quote. If you see two pattern on our site that are not regularly sold together, just email us and we’ll be happy to make a dog bandana just for you.

Credit Card Processing
Jing A Ling Dog Bandanas uses Pay Pal as a credit card processor. You do not need a Pay Pal account to charge one of our products in the Pay Pal system. When you are ready to check out of our site, you will be taken to Pay Pal. Follow the directions and when you have completed your sale, you will be sent back to JingALingDogBandanas.com. All credits for return merchandise will also be issued through Pay Pal.
